Named Best Newcomer in the Smith Hotel Awards 2015, Australia’s beautiful and breezy Halcyon House, tucked away on a less well-known part of the lauded NSW coast, is a nostalgic conversion of a 1960s motel – a place where memories of blissful and uncomplicated childhood holidays flood back. Mr Amos goes surfing with former World Champion Joel Parkinson, while Mrs Amos works hard at perfecting lazing around.
